Popular saying “We become what we eat”.
Food brings joy, happiness & connect to Krishna (God).
Foods in the mode of goodness increase the duration of life, purify one’s existence and give strength, health, happiness and satisfaction. Such nourishing foods are sweet, juicy, fattening and palatable. Foods that are too bitter, too sour, salty, pungent, dry and hot, are liked by people in the modes of passion. Such foods cause pain, distress, and disease. Food cooked more than three hours before being eaten, which is tasteless, stale, putrid, decomposed and unclean, is food liked by people in the mode of ignorance. (Bhagavad-gita As It Is 17.8-10)

…The purpose of food is to increase the duration of life, purify the mind and aid bodily strength. This is its only purpose. In the past, great authorities selected those foods that best aid health and increase life’s duration, such as milk products, sugar, rice, wheat, fruits and vegetables. These foods are very dear to those in the mode of goodness. (from purport to Bhagavad-gita 17.8-10)

Prayer & Reflection.
We are going through what we are going through and situation we are in and going to be is because of what we did in the past or today.
Srila Prabhupada said
The Supersoul or the soul, they are sitting on the same tree, the body. The Supersoul is simply witnessing the activities of the soul and giving sanction for all his mischievous activities. But the soul is suffering the sequence or the result of his activities. The Supersoul is simply witness. That is stated in the Bhagavad...
Anumantā upadraṣṭā.
Anumantā means without God’s sanction, without Supersoul’s sanction, you cannot do anything. But because he persists, the soul persists to do something, Supersoul says, “All right, you do at your own risk.” Just like a thief is going to steal. The Supersoul is ordering, “Don’t do it,” because without God’s sanction he cannot steal. But when the thief persists, then He says, “All right, you do at your risk.”
This is the position of the Supersoul and the soul.

30th birthday in this world at this life.🙏😊
Grateful like everyday.
Sharing video because read it/ Inspired by
“There are more good people than bad people, and overall there’s more that’s good in the world than there is that’s bad. We just need to hear about it, we just need to see it.”
Other one was
“More bad because Bad people do more bad than good people do more good l”
Serves both.

Bhagavad-gita is the transcendental dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna, spoken on the battlefield of Kurushetra about 5158 years .

The Bhagavad-gita talks about Yoga, “the process of linking our activities and ourselves to The Supreme Personality of Godhead.”

“It answers the questions regarding body and the soul, material and spiritual world, the duties of human being, and much more. And anyone who meditate on the Bhagavad-gita even a little daily, is sure to attain the ultimate spiritual goal.”
….
The world religion itself does not convey the real meaning of the Vedic word ‘Dharma.’

The real meaning of the word ‘Dharma’ is ‘the fundamental quality.’ And the Bhagavad-gita as well as all the Vedic literature talks about the ‘Sanatana Dharma’ or ‘Varnasrama Dharma,’ which is the fundamental quality or occupation of any living being…
