I was going over the notes from my Desire Embodied Workshop at a recent festival — those little slips of paper where people had poured out their deepest, most s€xy desires.

Someone had written the word Presence — not once, but three times — and each time, it was spelled incorrectly.

It wasn’t just a typo. It felt like a mirror.
A reflection of how deeply misunderstood — and how desperately longed for — presence still is. Presence isn’t something you “do.”
It’s something you tune into… and stay with.

It’s the foundation of connection.
— The difference between a date that feels like a dream and one that’s painfully awkward.

— Between lo******ng that feels cosmic and primal and the kind that leaves you aching and empty.

It’s what allows you to stay grounded and deeply attuned to your lover — 💡 If staying here — fully in your body, fully in the moment — is something you still struggle with when it matters most, this is what is also important to remember .

✨ Presence cannot be reached in a state of stress. ✨
It’s the opposite of stress. You can’t “achieve” it by pushing harder, staying busy, thinking faster, or trying to control more. It’s the art of downregulating your system — shifting out of grind mode, out of anxiety, overthinking, and constant doing

— and into a field of innocence, curiosity, and deep whole body listening.

Eventually, presence becomes embodied — a positive kind of autopilot that makes you magnetic, trusted, and profoundly desired. Yes please!

Out of the Shadow of Male Turn-On

✨ Have you ever been shamed or made wrong for your body’s natural yes—to life, to connection, to desire?

The Unconditionally Inspired Man
