Wonderful to be back in Japan with my friends, colleagues and students!
We're half way through the Reformer Training and the students are making great progress in understanding the ITT Pilates approach to movement.
Several of my past ITT Pilates Comprehensive graduates are observing each day and finding new discoveries. What a joy!
We have plans to expand the ITT Pilates presence in Japan next year!
