Something about dancing in the desert with your friends that’s so incredibly life giving and healing 🌵✨🎡

Bieberchella, you were everything and more than expected. One of my intentions was to feel magic all around me and I loved all the ways the universe showed up to surprise me along the way. It truly was one of the most giving experiences I’ve had where I was open and ended up receiving a lot of abundance.

Highlights include:

✨ finding friends in unexpected places
✨ moving at my own pace and taking care of myself
✨ catching John Summit at his surprise set; loved his darker more wubby sound
✨ seeing AfroJack and Shimza on the Quasar stage at sunset
✨ finally seeing DJs that have been on my list including Oscar Med K and Who Made Who
✨ loved the wayback playback with David Guetta (surprise appearance by JLo), Major Lazer and FatBoySlim
✨ experiencing Couchella weekend 2 with my girls; loved Mestiza and Sara Landry’s Blood Oath
✨ all the laughs and dancing in between

In partnership with SF Psychotherapy & Wellness Collective, I am looking forward to cohosting The Space Between, an evening of mindfulness and intuitive healing on March 8.

In the tender threshold between winter and spring, the days stretch toward balance. This is the season of the in-between, when something within us stirs awake.

We invite you to gather in community for an evening of stillness, reconnecting with your breath and gentle exploration. Together, we’ll turn toward the spaces within that are ready to be witnessed—not to fix, but to feel. Not to rush, but to rest.

I’m excited to partner with Elizabeth Miller, LPCC & Somatic Therapist from to lead you through somatic meditation, gentle breathwork, intuitive healing practices including a reiki-infused sound healing journey designed to soften the edges and invite you back home to yourself.

There is something that happens when we heal in the presence of others—a quiet alchemy, a remembering that we were never meant to do this alone.

There’s something so magical about Sedona and she keeps pulling me in. I’m so fortunate to have gone back again with the community. My heart and soul were expanded, uplifted and leaving feeling so inspired. I’ll be sharing more in my newsletter dropping this week!

First up… it's a dream to partner with .bakeshop (!!!) They're an Asian American, French inspired bakery created by Chef and Owner Elaine Lau. Known for their yummy Asian-flavored pastries and sweet treats, it's absolutely one of my faves. Those joining the event will be able to enjoy a few of their signature treats.

Next up: If you've joined any of my events recently, you would've likely pulled a beautiful affirmation card designed by my dear friend and artist, . I'm so delighted to share she'll be visiting from Portugal and attending our event in-person!

Finally, I am so thrilled to be partnering with Cimeran Kapur again, Founder of . Sarah, Cimeran and I had so much fun at our last Love on your Inner Goddess event that we knew we had to have her back. Cimeran will be offering her Ayurvedic Immunity tea that is both nourishing and grounding for your soul. Potion is a part of my personal well-being daily rituals and I'm thrilled she'll be joining us to share all of her wisdom (and incredible story) with us.

After this event, I'm going to be focused on preparing for our sold out retreat (woot woot!) and a new gig supporting new mamas (that I have yet to announce, keep your eyes peeled in the next few weeks). I won't be having another in-person event for a while so I hope to see you there next week!
