After a long pause since 2022, I'm finally offering the Shamanic Journey class again for the second time, and honestly, my spirit guides were quite insistent about it! I kept getting the nudge to teach this powerful work once again!

You know how it is when your mind never stops... That brilliant, analytical brain of yours is constantly racing. I get it. Traditional meditation feels impossible because when someone says "just clear your thoughts.” That stillness is challenging when your brain is wired for constant processing.

A little truth for you... I have an active brain and body... for sure. That is why the journey works so well for me.
