Winter has been extra cold and damp. This is an easy herbal formula for soothing the throat and lungs. It works to protect our respiratory systems, and also treats cough and sore throat. Ingredients: Asian pear, ginger, dried tangerine peel, and local raw honey. Bring to a boil, then lower to simmer for 1 hour. Enjoy!
