✨ Happy New Year Y’all! ✨
If you need some inspiration for setting some new goals for the year, we hope this helps! Another cool way to be more precise on goal setting is working through them the SMART way. S (specific) M (measurable) A (achievable) R (relevant) T (time-bound). You can use this method to hold yourself accountable in all the great things you want to accomplish this year but don’t stress it if you don’t ;)

No one starts life with the goal of becoming homeless and the narrative that homeless people made choices that led to their homelessness is not only harmful, but it ignores the root causes of homelessness. People are homeless for a variety of reasons, a good number of which are at least partly and often largely beyond a person’s control. Job loss, domestic violence, mental illness, trauma, and physical disabilities are some of the real reasons behind homelessness.
