Are you trying to conceive? 🌱

Depending on your age, it's recommended to try several months before reaching out a health care professinal. You should wait a year if you are younger than 35 and 6 months if you are older than 35.

During that time, there is many things you can do to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

🌱 Eat whole food
🌱 Stay active
🌱 Meditate
🌱 Take a prenatal multivitamin
🌱 Stay away from toxins

Let's define what Whole Food is 🥝

1. Has a mother
2. Comes from the ground
3. Doesn't have a label

I'll add "very little processed" because, let's be honest, nowadays, it's hard to skip unprocessed food.

So when it has a label, here're few tips:
▫️Try to stay under 5 ingredients
▫️If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it
▫️Say no to numbers
▫️Capital letters don't taste good
▫️An ingredient ends in "a-t-e", skip it
▫️Ditch artificial colors & sweeteners, "enriched", high fructose corn syrup

J'ajouterai «très peu transformé» car, soyons honnêtes, de nos jours, il est difficile d'éviter complètementdes aliments non transformés.

Alors, quand il a une étiquette, voici quelques conseils:
▫️Essayez de rester sous 5 ingrédients
▫️Si vous ne pouvez pas le prononcer, ne le mangez pas
▫️Dites non aux chiffres
▫️Les lettres majuscules n'ont pas bon goût

Here is an easy thing you can do everyday to improve your health:

Take a cold shower 🚿

At the end of your warm and comfortable shower, switch to cold water for at least one minute. The best is to alternate hot and cold water for one minute each. The temperature difference will have a positive effect overall.

🚿Boost the energy, it wakes you up
🚿Active the blood circulation (good for sore muscles, cold hands and/or feet...)
🚿 Good for heart rate, hypertension and inflammation
🚿Strength the immune system
🚿Calm itchy skin
🚿Could help with weight loss
🚿Improve skin and hair glow

🚫 Avoid if you are sick

How do you start your day?

Did you know that at night your liver is highly active? One of its function is to detoxify and decompose toxic substances and especially while you are sleeping.

Good reason to start your day with a large glass of water. You can add a slash of lemon juice and if you have trouble to go to the bathroom, add a teaspoon of olive oil 😉

Saviez-vous que la nuit, votre foie est très actif? L'une de ses fonctions est de détoxifier et de décomposer les substances toxiques et surtout pendant que vous dormez.
