The difficulty in feeling truly confident is not that your mindset is wrong, but that your body is sending the wrong signals.
If your posture is unbalanced and dis-coordinated your body will tense up in anticipation of the next action... such as speaking your mind.
This anticipatory tension is not supportive of confidence, in fact it is what erodes it.
You can stop this from happening by allowing a meaningful pause between the stimulus (speaking up) and the response (tensing up).
This will restore calm balance and stability to your postural system - from which your body can lengthen and widen in stature, enjoying true embodied confidence.
This is a practice, not a party rick.
Once you start playing with it and continue on, you get better and better at it. It is available to you. ☀️
