The Clinic Without Walls The Clinic WithOut Walls offers FREE therapy through Marriage & Family Therapist Trainees in SF. Ad Our hours are flexible.

We offer therapy to support wellness of mind, body and spirit. Counseling is free of charge to residents and community members of different San Francisco public housing sites in SOMA, Mission, China Basin and Japan Town. We are respectful, caring, accepting, understanding and compassionate.
