This March, we’re partnering with , an organization that has been supporting women, girls, and families in San Francisco for nearly two decades.

Through mentorship, community spaces, and direct support, they show up for women facing some of life’s toughest challenges.

If you’ve been looking for a tangible way to support women in our city, this is one.

The one you practice in the mirror before walking into the meeting, the school pickup, the family dinner.

The “I’m totally fine” face.

Meanwhile your hips are like:

The hips sit at the center of your body — connecting your spine, pelvis, and legs — so when life gets heavy, they’re often the first place it shows up.
