YCD is excited to announce the appointment of Brittney Doyle, MPH as the new President of its Board of Directors.

Bringing over two decades of experience in public health leadership and advocacy, Doyle has made significant contributions in her role as the Founder and Health Equity Strategist of WISE Health SF. She has dedicated her career to promoting health equity and developing innovative, community-focused solutions to tackle systemic barriers to care. Brittney specializes in engaging marginalized communities, particularly Black communities, and works tirelessly to address systemic barriers to care.
A thought leader and advocate, Brittney actively mentors young professionals and partners with schools, community organizations, and healthcare systems to drive change. Her transformative initiatives have spanned mental health awareness campaigns, wellness programs for underserved populations, and culturally responsive health initiatives throughout the United States.
A fervent advocate for social justice, Doyle has collaborated with schools, community organizations, and healthcare systems to close gaps in access and empower marginalized communities. She holds a Master of Public Health from Saint Louis University and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and the San Francisco Links.
Regarding her recent appointment, Doyle expresses, “It is a genuine honor to be appointed as the President of the Board for Young Community Developers. For over 50 years, this organization has served as a beacon of hope in San Francisco, assisting generations of residents in discovering opportunity, stability, and purpose through education, workforce development, and community engagement.
