Radical Aliveness has been a deep practice and path in my life for many years.
And while the title might sound big, what I love most about this work is that it’s not an expert model.
It’s not something anyone can tell you how to do.
It’s something each of us already knows — in our bodies, our hearts, our spirits.
We each have a sense of what aliveness looks and feels like for us.
For me, Radical Aliveness often shows up through my grief.
When I allow myself to feel my sensations fully —
to let the tears move,
to breathe, tremble, or cry,
to ride the waves that come and go —
something opens.
In the middle of that rawness, I find life again.
Depth. Softness. Power.
It’s paradoxical — but when I let myself grieve, I feel more alive.
Grief isn’t just sadness; it’s a portal back to truth and vitality.
It’s how my system comes back into flow with life itself.
If you’re longing for a space to grieve, to feel more alive, or to explore what Radical Aliveness might mean for you —
you’re not alone.
