Feri Pilates - Back Care, Posture & Strength Private Pilates in San Mateo focused on posture, core strength and back pain relief.

With a background in physical therapy, I help desk workers, active adults and seniors move better, reduce pain and build a strong, aligned body. I’m Ferihan Hercan, known as Feri, a certified Pilates instructor with a background in Physical Therapy. I specialize in helping people improve posture, reduce back pain, and build strong, functional core strength through science-based Pilates. I work primarily with desk workers, people experiencing chronic stiffness or discomfort, and anyone who wants to move with more ease, strength, and confidence without pushing through pain. Based in the Bay Area, I offer private in-person sessions in San Mateo and surrounding cities, as well as online training for clients across the country.

Tuna Rice Cups 🍣❤️

Ingredients
• Cooked sushi rice (enough to fill a cupcake pan)
• 1–2 tsp rice vinegar
• Small pinch of sugar
• Pinch of salt
• Small avocado slices
• Sriracha sauce
• Black and/or white sesame seeds

Tuna Salad (Classic)
• 1 can Safe Catch Elite Pure Tuna, drained
• 2 tbsp mayo
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp finely chopped celery or onion (optional)
• Salt & pepper to taste

Bun Egg Sandwich 🍳
1. Whisk 2 eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Heat a pan and pour in the egg mixture.
3. Slice the bun in half and place both halves on top of the eggs, as shown in the video.
4. Wait until the egg sets, then carefully flip it.
5. Add your favorite fillings like cheese, deli meat, veggies, or anything you like.
6. Fold into a sandwich and enjoy a warm, delicious breakfast!

Smashed Potato Egg Cups🥔🍳

If you have potatoes and eggs… make this!
Simple ingredients, incredible breakfast.

Ingredients

1/2–1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or mozzarella 6 small honey gold potatoes, boiled until fork-tender
1 tbsp melted butter
6 eggs
Salt and black pepper

Optional finish → chili oil, hot honey, or fresh herbs



Instructions

Create the base → Add shredded cheese into the bottom of each muffin cup.

Smash the potatoes → Place one boiled potato on top of the cheese. Use the bottom of a glass or spoon to press and flatten into a cup shape, pushing slightly up the sides.

Season → Brush or drizzle the potatoes with melted butter, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Add the eggs → Crack one egg into each potato cup. Season lightly with more salt and pepper.

Bake → Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake for 16–18 minutes, or until the egg whites are set.

Rest & release → Let cool 5 minutes, then run a spoon or knife around the edges and gently lift out.

Finish → Drizzle with chili oil or hot honey and serve warm.
