We’re proud to celebrate one of our incredible partners from Crisis Support Services of Alameda County (CSS), Executive Director Narges Zohoury Dillon, who recently took the TEDx stage to share the history and evolution of su***de prevention centers.

In her talk, Narges powerfully highlighted the essential role communities play in crisis response—and we were honored to hear Felton’s San Francisco Su***de Prevention (SFSP) program recognized as part of that story.

Thank you, Narges, for your visionary leadership and for guiding one of the Bay Area’s most vital su***de prevention organizations, providing nearly 100,000 life-saving services each year. Your work continues to strengthen our collective impact and remind us that community care saves lives.

Salesforce Visits the Bayview Drop-In! Mandy discovered the incredible work happening at the Bayview Drop-In through our Instagram page and reached out directly to LaToya to explore how her team at Salesforce could support our mission.

Her team arrived with warm smiles and eager hands, ready to help wherever needed. They assisted with meal preparation for our clients, prepped food for the holiday, and helped decorate the Bayview Drop-In space. We’re truly grateful for their generosity, positive energy, and willingness to serve alongside our community.

The Bayview Drop-In is getting ready for the holidays with support from the San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium (SFCCC) SOS Van! Clients were invited to sit with Bayview Drop-In staff to create holiday decorations while enjoying hot chocolate and treats, offering a moment of warmth inside and out. Holiday music played in the background as clients received medical consultations, medications, and referrals for their first in-office primary care appointment at Bayview’s Southeast Medical Center.

One client shared their appreciation, saying: “I love that we can come do something positive, even if it’s just for an hour or two. It’s a healthy distraction that keeps us from doing things that might be unhealthy.”

Felton Institute’s Santa Rosa programs had an incredible time at the First Annual Sonoma County BHBH THREADS Symposium! Hosted by the Sonoma County Department of Health Services and funded by DHCS, this three-day gathering brought together partners, providers, and lived-experience leaders to strengthen Behavioral Health Bridge Housing across the region.

We’re proud that Shannon Wise (C2H) and Elizabeth Quiroz, MA (BHBH Street Outreach) were featured speakers. Shannon shared how collaborative, peer-led support helps stabilize individuals exiting incarceration, while Elizabeth highlighted the power of trust-building and compassionate outreach in the field.
