We are a private optometry practice located in San Gabriel, CA looking to add to our team.
We are seeking long term applicants that have strong communication skills, are self motivated and able to multi-task, and provide excellent customer service.
Previous optometry office or medical experience is a plus, but not necessary! We will train the right candidate.
Pre-Optometry students are encouraged to apply as this position helps you familiarize yourself with your future career!
Front office duties include (but not limited to):
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Greet patients
* Answer multiple phone lines
* Schedule appointments
* Authorize vision insurance
* Assisting patients in frame selection
* Discussing and offering lens options to patients
* Dispensing eye wear to patients
* Contact lens insertion and removal training
* Office paperwork and filing
