When we experience a life transition, it is a loss. And just like a death, we need to grieve it to move forward in a healthy way. A life transition can be anything from a move across the country to a job loss, the birth of a new child, becoming an empty nester, divorce, death, or being in a new relationship.

Starting Sunday, November 2nd from 10:30am to 12:00pm, Tina and Dean Engel will be hosting a FREE 3-week workshop series on self-forgiveness, in partnership with Calvary Church Los Gatos!

This in-person workshop series is gentle and faith-based. In this workshop, they will explore what Scripture says about God’s forgiveness and learn practical ways to release guilt, shame, and regret.
