We recently had the joy of celebrating Purim at The Watermark at Almaden, and it was truly a heartwarming and spirited event!

Our residents brought the story of Purim to life by acting it out, filling the room with energy, creativity, and laughter. The audience was just as engaged cheering, participating, and fully embracing the festive spirit of the holiday. It was wonderful to see everyone so lively and involved.

Events like this remind us how meaningful it is to come together, celebrate traditions, and create joyful memories as a community. Purim at The Watermark at Almaden was not only fun, but a beautiful example of connection, culture, and shared celebration.

Today we celebrate Employee Appreciation Day, and here at The Watermark in Almaden, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible team that makes our community so special.

Love and music filled the room at our recent Valentine’s Singing Showcase at The Watermark at Almaden! ❤️🎶

This unforgettable afternoon featured a lively tap dancer who wowed the crowd, a beautiful duet that tugged at our heartstrings, a talented pianist who set the perfect mood, and plenty of sing-alongs that had everyone joining in. 👏✨

From sweet melodies to energetic rhythms, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We’re so grateful to Ariel Dance Productions and all of the wonderful performers who helped make this Valentine’s celebration so special.

Events like these are a beautiful reminder of the joy, connection, and community we cherish every day. 💕

We were excited to offer a Sound Healing class for our residents, led by Alie Parker from our Sales Department, and it was a truly meaningful experience 🌿✨

Sound healing uses calming tones and gentle vibrations to help the body and mind relax. The soothing sounds can help reduce stress and anxiety, promote deep relaxation, support better sleep, and encourage an overall sense of well-being and peace. Many residents shared that they felt calmer, more centered, and uplifted after the session.

The class was a wonderful success. Residents were fully engaged, relaxed, and open to the experience. Seeing the positive response and peaceful atmosphere confirmed just how impactful this type of wellness activity can be.

Because of the great feedback and benefits, we’re happy to share that sound healing will be offered again in the future as part of our ongoing commitment to holistic wellness and enriching experiences for our residents.

Our Valentine’s Day Ball was nothing short of magical! 💃🕺 Residents filled the dance floor with smiles, laughter, and so much joy as love truly came alive in the room.

We were proud to partner with the amazing students from Irvington High School in Fremont, CA, whose performances brought incredible energy and heart to the celebration. With festive decor, delicious bites, refreshing drinks, and a live band keeping the rhythm going, it was a beautiful afternoon of connection and community.

❤️✨ Love Was in the Air at The Watermark at Almaden! ✨❤️

Yesterday we celebrated Valentine’s Day in the most beautiful way — with our very own Valentine’s Day Ball! 💃🕺

We were honored to partner with the incredible students from Irvington High School in Fremont, CA, who helped make the day extra special. Several students performed for our residents, filling the room with music, talent, and joy. 🎶

The afternoon was complete with delicious drinks and appetizers, a live band that kept everyone dancing, and a room full of festive decorations. From laughter and heartfelt conversations to smiling faces on the dance floor, it was truly a magical day.

Seeing generations come together to celebrate love, connection, and community is what makes moments like this so meaningful. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success. Love was definitely in the air!

Our residents traveled the world one cup at a time as we explored the rich flavors of coffee from Papua New Guinea! We learned how coffee is grown in the lush mountain highlands by small family farmers and enjoyed tasting its smooth, balanced flavor together. Great conversations, curious minds, and plenty of smiles made this another wonderful Bean Around the World experience!

Our hearts are still smiling! 💖🍪

We were absolutely spoiled today by a wonderful group of Girl Scouts who stopped by our community to spread the love. From handmade Valentine’s cards and delicious cookies to a joyful song that had everyone beaming, they truly made the day unforgettable for our seniors.

We had such a wonderful weekend welcoming San Jose Restoration Church to The Watermark at Almaden. Our residents enjoyed a cozy hot chocolate tasting along with fun games and creative crafts and most of all, meaningful time spent together. Laughter filled the room, smiles were everywhere, and it was truly a day full of connection and joy. Thank you for sharing your time and kindness with our community ✨
