【Our Sunnyvale Clinic Relocation to San Jose】 (Message written in Japanese follows after English)
I hope this post finds you happy and healthy.
This message is to inform that as of 07/21/2025, our Sunnyvale clinic has been relocated to San Jose.
The new address is 960 Saratoga Ave. Ste117, San Jose, 95129. The contact number remains the same (408) 444-2202.
Our San Mateo clinic in After Hour Pediatrics remains the same and will continue to provide the care in the morning on Tuesday and Thursday.
The new clinic is conveniently located close to Hwy 280 and at the corner of Saratoga Ave. and William Rd. The building is between Wendy's and Denny's on Saratoga Ave. and there is plenty of free parking available behind the building.
We will continue to provide the best care possible and we look forward to seeing existing and new patients at our new clinic in San Jose.

連絡が遅くなって申し訳ないのですが、先週の月曜日(7月21日)より、サニーベールのクリニックを移転して、新しいサンノゼのクリニックでの診療を始めました。
2012年にサニーベールで独立してから何度か移転していますが、これまではエルカミ沿いのサニーベール・マウンテンビューの境付近でちょっと西に行ったり東に行ったりしていただけなのですが、今回はそのエリアから離れて、サンノゼのミツワ近くに移転することになりました。
新しい住所は 960 Saratoga Ave. Ste117, San Jose, 95129 になります。
ミツワの入っているStrawberry SquareからそのままSaratoga Ave.を南下してすぐの、Denny'sとWendy’sにの間にある3棟並んでいる見た目そっくりなビルディングの一番南側(Wend's側) の1階にクリニックがあります。建物の裏側に大きなパーキングがあるのでご利用ください。
Suite117なのですが、アメリカらしくSuiteの並びがめちゃくちゃなので、建物の中のクリニックの位置は写真をご参照ください。
なおサンマテオのクリニックはこれまで通り火曜日と木曜日の午前中に、After Hour Pediatrics内での診療を行っております。
連絡先は変わらず (408) 444‐2202 になりますので、診察予約の際にはこちらの番号に電話でもテキストでも日本語でお問い合わせください。
