At the San Jose Holistic Health Care Clinic, we believe that while it is important to treat the immediate agents of the disease (symptoms), it is even more important to build a strong constitution. We do this by attending to factors other than just the body itself. A person's state of mind, amount of exercise, nutrition, life-style, and degree of relaxation are all considerations in a holistic viewpoint of optimum health.
