1. Educate yourself and others on the signs of mental health. (physical, emotional, etc.)
2. Check in and be supportive of your friends and family
3. Get involved with your local organizations

🎓✨ Yarah is in her last year at SJSU majoring in Public Health with a minor in CCS studies 🎓 and fun fact: she was born on the 4th of July 🇺🇸🎆!

Brendan is also a Public Health major at SJSU and loves playing pickleball in his free time 🏓💥.
