This patient came in wanting to change the appearance of her earlobes. She felt her earlobes were too elongated and wanted to have them shortened. Dr. Costa performed an in office earlobe reduction on both ears. 1 1/2 weeks post op photos shown.

5 months post op. Dr. Costa performed an in office lip lift. This procedure consists of removing and tightening the skin right before the base of the nose. This allows Dr. Costa to be able to pull up the skin and elevate the upper lip. This not only gives more volume to the lip, it also helps to make the area look more youthful by creating more balance and exposing more upper lip.

Dr Costa performed a 2 step surgery on this patient born with a cleft lip and palate.

The first surgery was to repair the cleft lip and nasal repair. A few months later Dr Costa took this patient back into the OR for his complete cleft lip and palate repair.

This patient came in to see Dr. Costa for a removal of a lump that occurred on her left chin. Dr. Costa excused the lump and kept the scar minimal to under the chin. Seamless and beautifully healed at 6 week post op.

The goal in a lip lift procedure is individualized to each patient. In general, the goal is to create a more feminine and/or youthful lip. In some patients, another goal is correcting downturned mouth corners; patients often dislike the frowned appearance this causes. The lip lift is a powerful, long lasting procedure.
