If symptoms persist for weeks without improvement, it may be time to get evaluated.

✨ Watch for patterns like symptoms becoming **more frequent, more intense, or easier to trigger.**

✨ Pay attention if they begin affecting **work, sleep, driving, focus, or balance.**

When something keeps interfering with daily life, an evaluation can help identify the pattern and guide the right next steps.

You don’t have to guess your way through it.

Headaches, dizziness, and fatigue may seem unrelated — but they’re often connected.

These symptoms can show up when the brain and body aren’t coordinating well, especially in areas like:

✨ Balance
✨ Vision
✨ Focus
✨ Stress tolerance

Sometimes symptom flares happen because of trigger stacking— when things like poor sleep, too much screen time, and stress build up faster than your system can handle.

When patterns keep repeating, it’s worth paying attention.

When it comes to concussion recovery, a few common myths can actually slow down the healing process.

✨Myth #1: “My scans are normal, so I must be fine.”

CT scans and MRIs are great for ruling out major issues, but a normal result doesn’t always mean symptoms should be ignored. Many people continue to experience real symptoms even when imaging looks normal.

✨Myth #2: “Just push through it.”

Trying to power through symptoms often makes things worse. Repeatedly triggering the same overload can lead to setbacks in recovery.

✨What actually helps:

Recovery usually requires a structured plan with the right frequency and intensity, helping regulate and strengthen the brain’s neural pathways over time.

Healing after a concussion is often gradual and guided, and if progress feels stalled, it may be time to seek support.

“Dizzy” can mean a lot of different things.

But medically, it usually falls into three different categories:

- **Spinning** – when the world feels like it’s moving around you

• **Lightheadedness** – feeling faint, floaty, or like you might pass out

• **Rocking / swaying** – feeling like you’re moving even when you’re standing still

Each type of dizziness can point to different systems in the body — which is why describing the sensation clearly matters.

The more specific you can be about *what it actually feels like*, the easier it is for a provider to understand what might be going on.

If dizziness has been showing up consistently, it may be worth getting it evaluated.

Send us a DM if you want to learn more about how we assess dizziness and balance.

This is the ✨best seat✨ in the house.

Introducing the **GyroStim,** a multi-axis rotational device used in neurological rehabilitation to help challenge and train how the brain processes movement, balance, and spatial awareness.

It may look like a ride, but it’s actually a powerful tool used to support:

🚶🏻Balance and coordination

👂🏻 Vestibular (inner ear) function

🧠 Brain-body communication

⏱️ Reaction time and spatial awareness

Sessions are carefully guided and customized based on your assessment, so the goal isn’t to “spin you around” — it’s to help your brain adapt and respond more efficiently over time.

Translation: your brain gets a workout, too.

Curious what it feels like to train your nervous system this way?

Send us a DM or book a consult through the link in our bio.

Happy Monday, everybody! 👋🏻

This week show Your nervous system a little support with an HBOT session here at Cerebral.

🤔 But what is an HBOT session?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) allows you to relax in a pressurized chamber while breathing oxygen under supervision. The goal is to help oxygen circulate more efficiently throughout the body — supporting natural recovery processes.

Many people explore HBOT as part of their care plan for things like:

✨ Recovery and overall wellness support

✨ Managing inflammation and swelling

✨ Supporting cognitive and neurological function

✨ Wound healing and tissue repair

✨ Feeling more energized and clear

Sessions with our team are calm, guided, and designed to be a comfortable experience from start to finish.

If you’ve been curious about trying HBOT, this might be your sign to book a session this week.

Send us a DM or click the link in our bio to schedule your consultation — our team will walk you through everything step by step.

If you want to understand your headaches better, start with data — not guesses.

For the next 7 days, track these 4 things:

Time & Duration
When did it start? How long did it last?

Triggers
Sleep changes, stress, screen time, certain foods, vision strain — even one pattern can be helpful.

Location
Front of the head? Behind the eyes? Sides? Base of the skull? Location can offer clues.

What Helped
Water? Rest? Dark room? Massage? Medication?
How your body responds is just as important as where it hurts.

One headache doesn’t always tell us much.
But repeated patterns? That’s useful information.

This isn’t about self-diagnosing.
It’s about gathering better data so your provider can make more informed decisions.

If your headaches have been consistent, disruptive, or changing in pattern, it may be worth getting checked.

DM us if you’d like help understanding your next step.

Not every symptom is “just a bad day.”

But patterns?
Patterns are worth paying attention to.

- Ongoing fatigue, brain fog, or forgetfulness
• Feeling off-balance when you turn your head or stand up
• Headaches that follow a pattern — same time of day, after screens, during stress, or after sleep

One isolated symptom may not mean much.
But when symptoms repeat in a pattern, that’s useful information.

We’re not here to cause panic.
We’re here to encourage awareness.

If something keeps showing up consistently, track it. Write it down. Notice the triggers. Patterns give providers better data — and better data leads to better next steps.

If you’re unsure whether what you’re experiencing is worth evaluating, send us a DM. We’ll help you decide calmly and clearly.

How most people relax on the weekends…
How we relax on the weekends.

Brain and nervous system care doesn’t always look like candles and spa music.

Sometimes it looks like structured therapies designed to support regulation, recovery, and how your brain responds to stress.

At Cerebral Health, certain sessions may focus on calming an overworked nervous system and improving how your brain processes movement and input — all based on your individual assessment.

Relaxation isn’t just “doing nothing.”
It can also mean actively supporting your system so it functions better during the week.

Curious what this type of care actually feels like?
DM us and we’ll walk you through it.
