A quick update regarding COVID-19 and our classes;
At the South Bay School of Nursing our first priority is the safety and well-being of our students. In response to the COVID-19 emergency we have closed our location to students until further notice in accordance with the "shelter in place" orders from the state of California.
We have resumed the "theory" portion of our CNA course using Zoom video conferencing as of Monday April 13th for our AM curriculum. We will be resuming our PM schedule on April 27th, and May 2nd for our weekend schedule. For the time being, all in-facility clinical classes have been suspended until further notice. We will be issuing an update on our in-facility or "clinical" schedules to our existing students when it's safe to resume these courses, students will be notified once we've received word from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) that we can resume the in-facility schedules.
For direct information on COVID-19 and the CDPH directives please visit their website at https://www.cdph.ca.gov/. For more information on our programs or general questions please contact us on the registration tab above.
Special thanks to Aura Pros for helping us with the web-hosting for these classes.
