📣 ONE WEEK LEFT TO GIVE! 📣 $500 opens the door to lifesaving therapy for a youth struggling with their mental health!

At just 19 years old, Fiona and her family were forced to flee their home country due to threats of political violence. Faced with the daunting challenge of starting over in a new country, she became overwhelmed with depression and anxiety.

Through the support and care from her counselor at AACI, Fiona learned to navigate her emotions and her sense of self-worth.

Like her, many other youths in our community need mental health support and your helping hand.

Donate now at www.aaci.org/helpinghand. 💸 Your donation before December 31st will be matched up to $7,000!

One day, a young immigrant named Fiona saw an AACI sign in Spanish, and she realized she wasn’t alone. She walked through our doors and found compassionate, life-saving care for her depression and anxiety. ❤️

Your support keeps our doors open for the next person who needs life-saving care. Will you give today?

An anonymous donor will match all donations by December 31st, up to $7,000, which means that your gift helps twice as many individuals access the care they need.

💜 As the holiday season approaches, it’s important to remember that while this time can bring joy and celebration, it can also be a period of healing for many families. It’s completely valid to experience a mix of emotions during this time. Acknowledging feelings of grief, stress, or loss alongside moments of happiness is part of the human experience.

This season, let’s support one another and recognize that everyone’s journey is unique. Encourage those around you to share their stories and strategies for coping during this complex season. Together, we can create an environment of understanding and compassion. If you or someone you know is navigating a healing journey, it’s okay to prioritize self-care and seek support. Remember, taking time for oneself is a sign of strength & AWH is here to empower you.
If you or someone you know is suffering from domestic violence, call 408-975-2739. 💜
