It's that time of year! Applications for our annual Gift of Sight program are now LIVE, offering life-changing LASIK or PRK surgery for up to 10 deserving candidates!

We believe everyone deserves to see the world clearly. If you, or someone you know, would be a perfect fit for this opportunity, please apply or nominate them today!

The Details:

What: Free LASIK or PRK surgery for 10 deserving individuals.

How to Apply: Fill out our simple Google Form (link below).

Deadline: We will close applications once we receive 20 submissions. Don't wait!

Selection: Winners are chosen based on a lottery system and surgical candidacy. The surgery and all required pre- and post-operative appointments are scheduled on specific, non-negotiable dates.
