So many women think their midlife depression, anxiety, or sudden bursts of rage mean something is “wrong” with them.

We spend so much of our lives rooting for everyone else, don’t we? But midlife calls us into a new kind of strength, the kind that starts with standing up for yourself.

This isn’t selfish; it’s essential.

When you finally become your own advocate, your own cheerleader, something shifts at a cellular level. Your body listens. Your confidence rises. Your health responds.

Take a moment and really ask: What does showing up for me look like today? The answer to that question is where your transformation begins.

So many women don’t realize that heavy metal toxicity can surface or worsen during menopause simply because shifting hormones start pulling stored metals back into circulation.

For me, it showed up as lead toxicity, and it stole something precious: my memory. I couldn’t think clearly, I couldn’t recall things, and I felt like I was losing pieces of myself.

Detoxification quite literally brought me back. And that’s why awareness is everything. Most women don’t even know this is happening in their bodies, but once you understand the root, you can finally begin to heal 💙
