With more than 20 years of experience in operations and supply chain leadership, Jon brings deep expertise in building scalable, disciplined, and people-centered operations across fast-paced and regulated environments. His background spans end-to-end supply chain management, process improvement, and team development, with a strong focus on turning complex challenges into clear, executable solutions.
 
Jon recently completed a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Southern California, further strengthening his ability to align strategy, data, and ex*****on across modern supply chains. His academic focus emphasized global logistics, operational analytics, and continuous improvement, complementing decades of hands-on leadership experience.
 
Known for a practical, collaborative leadership style, Jon is passionate about developing strong teams, improving operational visibility, and creating systems that scale responsibly. His approach balances efficiency, quality, and accountability while keeping people and culture at the center of ex*****on.

Arklign is hiring an Event & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing education programs, customer engagement initiatives, and brand presence!

This role will start as a part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week) to support Arklign’s immediate event and marketing needs. As our programs, customer engagement, and event volume continue to scale, there is strong potential for this position to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and performance.

We had the honor of celebrating the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Arklign Education Center. The evening was filled with great food, live music, and meaningful connections that reflected our mission to educate, collaborate, and grow together.
