Oh Wow Yoga, A Love Story.

We provide a genuine heated yoga room with proper temperature and humidity control and a soft floor. Are you tired of small, cramped, dirty, and dry-heated studio rooms lacking amenities? We will offer you something better. Conveniently located right off Brokaw from Highway 880, the newly built 3,500 square feet facility is easy to access with plentiful parking, great amenities with large changing/restrooms, and a large 1,500 square feet practice area with soft floors for your comfort and safety. Every color and artwork inside the studio represents a story of nature, life, love, compassion, kindness and forgiveness.

Meet the owner Sophia...

Why did I start this studio? Life is always full of surprises! Twists, turns, new opportunities. Just over one year ago, I injured my knee severely and struggled to even walk. As a long distance runner with a competitive nature, I thought I would never be able to run again. During my year long recovery, I decided to accept my fate and buried myself into Yoga in hopes that my knee will someday recover fully. While on the mat, I learned the importance of staying focused and giving my heart and mind to what I am passionate about. Yoga was my newfound passion that augment my love for running perfectly. I have truly found a mind-body connection and fell in love with yoga deeply. During my recovery, it helped me mentally, physically, and emotionally to get through the everyday life. I became a certified yoga instructor and have spent the entire year, every hour of everyday learning about the process of building up this yoga studio.
