Dear San Jose Voter,

It has been over 7 years, and our city leaders continue to push failed medical ma*****na laws. In fact, they keep wasting millions of our dollars, with no resolve. Now is your chance to make things right once and for all.
Please vote: YES on Measure C!

Measure C Benefits:

-Regulates & Taxes medical ma*****na related businesses, similar to alcohol. Funds may go back into the general fund for schools, community programs and law enforcement.

-Provides safe access where ma*****na businesses can be located; away from sensitive uses e.g. 1000 feet away from schools/playgrounds.

-Prevents The City of San Jose from creating a legal monopoly for medicine:
prices of medical ma*****na will go up, while the quality will drop.

***Please do not be fooled by "anti-measure C" officials who do not care about patients, but rather have a financial stake by creating a monopoly. We need your help to stop the insanity once and for all. Please spread the word!
