Wellness is not just about food!

In addition to eating healthy, it’s also important to give attention to stress, sleep, and movement. I love yoga because it supports all three! Spending time moving your body and breathing with intention will help relieve stress and improve your energy levels, as well as enhance sleep.

How to eat if you suspect you are struggling with mold.

We generally recommend an antifungal diet when someone is having challenges with mold. After all, you don't want to introduce more fungus into the body!

Avoid foods that naturally are high in fungus such as corn or peanuts.

Instead, what you want to eat is bioflavonoids. Eating the rainbow is important– choosing a variety of vibrantly colored fruits and vegetables is key.

🍵 Another great food to consider is green tea! It contains concentrated polyphenols and helps lower the overall inflammatory response in the body. This helps calm the immune overreaction.

There are also supplements that can be supportive but those are highly personalized. (This is one of our specialties at A Balanced Table).
