Our team recently came together for an inspiring vision board workshop, taking time to reflect, dream, and set intentions for the year ahead. With magazines, blank canvases, and plenty of creativity, each person brought their personal and professional goals to life.

The room was filled with energy, connection, and encouragement as we shared ideas, supported one another, and celebrated the process together. Sparkling apple cider, brownies, and fresh strawberries added a sweet touch to an already meaningful experience.

More than a creative activity, this gathering was a moment of connection and motivation. Visualizing our goals together strengthened our sense of unity and set the tone for a year focused on growth, purpose, and shared success.

We're thrilled to extend a warm welcome to TriState Health & Rehabilitation and Hearthstone Health & Rehabilitation, the newest additions to our Ensign affiliate team!

TriState Health and Rehabilitation, a 116-bed SNF nestled in the stunning Harrogate, TN, is under the exceptional leadership of Director of Nursing, Marietta Wells, and Administrator, Magen Smith. Meanwhile, Hearthstone Health and Rehabilitation, boasting a 125-bed SNF, resides in beautiful Sparks, NV, guided by Administrator Susan Magluilo and her dedicated team.

Both facilities pride themselves on having dedicated and compassionate leaders committed to elevating the standard of care in their respective communities. They are eager to join forces with us in fostering a robust culture and driving our collective mission forward.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our Resources, Service Center, and Field staff who rallied to support this acquisition. Your voluntary dedication involved substantial extra effort, especially during an already bustling period of the year. We're humbled by the tremendous support pouring in from individuals across the states we operate in—perhaps even some beyond. Your sacrifices and ongoing commitment are invaluable in ensuring a smooth transition during this time. Thank you for all that you've done and continue to do.

I loved Lanie’s talk on happiness so much. We often talk about how to find happiness in our work place (which is very important), but I think sometimes we don’t talk enough about how individual happiness and fulfillment is actually what drives workplace happiness and fulfillment. The presentation felt like it was geared more toward us as humans and not just employees, which made it so impactful for me. There were funny parts and smiles, along with somber and shocking statistics, which all came together to make me feel more seen and cared about by our company and department. I’m grateful that mental health is a subject we are willing to discuss. –Chelsea H

We are so excited to celebrate our Texas Service Center’s 1 year anniversary. We have come a long way from where we started and it’s amazing to be apart of the Ensign teams growth and work along side incredible and talented individuals. It was a labor of love ❤ in honor of our late friend and sister Marisol Cortina. Through the generosity of our partners and their families we raised $1200 for Elevate Charities. We want to give a shout out to all of the incredible performers and the L.O.V.E. Committee for coming together to help host this amazing event. We can’t wait to see what talents we have among us in the coming years—get your acts prepared.

Thank you, Paige Mahaffey, for being the planner of all great things and culture warrior. To Bev Wittekind for carrying the show along with all of the truly talented performers. And to all the extra hands who pulled the event together, so well done!! Grateful to be a part of this incredible team!!
