Tyler Skaggs' death is an absolute tragedy. The Angels pitcher's death was ruled an accidental overdose. Our hearts go out to fans and family.

Promising Angels baseball pitcher, Tyler Skaggs’, who passed away on July 1st, death has been ruled an accidental overdose. According to the LA Times,
“The cause of death is listed as a mixture of “alcohol, fentanyl and oxycodone intoxication with terminal aspiration of gastric contents,” meaning Skaggs, 27, essentially choked on his vomit while under the influence.”

At the time of this quote Actor Danny Trejo was celebrating his 46th year of sobriety, and has now been sober for 50 years. In an interview, Trejo said that being in service of others has helped him to maintain his sobriety. He spends his free time going to high schools helping at risk kids in the community. He hopes to use his past experiences with addiction to guide these kids down a better path.
