Our clinic is unique on 8 acres including Equine Assisted Services (EAS), Hippotherapy with a licensed therapist using the movement of a horse as a treatment tool. At Life Spirit Speech in San Juan Capistrano, California, we are committed to lifting the spirits of people with communication disorders. We offer a unique environment for clinical speech and language diagnostic and intervention services to treat patients of all ages. Additionally, we conduct hippotherapy, which uses purposeful manipulation of the horse's movement to engage sensory, neuromotor and cognitive systems to achieve communication goals. Essentially, our treatments are directed at increasing an individual's communication skills to their fullest potential.

Hello Friends,
We recognize the ongoing concern about the released May Revised Budget the fact that it does not include restoration of days currently. Per the City, the Q3 revenues came in even lower than anticipated, making that difficult.

This does not mean our fight is done, or that we are giving up. Thanks to the strong message provided at the Budget Review Committee by our members, the Council is well aware of the popularity of the lakes and the diverse interest in keeping them accessible.

We are still working to restore the days via the budget process, which is very much still in flux. However, we are aware that there are a number of demands on the budget and are being strategic in identifying a path for a longer term solution which will be necessary either way. That solution will be via a task force or working group at the City to identify additional funding paths to shore up the recreation programs within PUD and we are hard at work getting that set up with the correct players at the City to ensure its success.
