Programa de Reparaciones

Fondos limitados están disponibles para ayudar a propietarios de viviendas de bajos ingresos en las áreas rurales del Condado de Hidalgo con reparaciones esenciales que mejoren la salud, la seguridad o la accesibilidad.

✅ Debe ser propietario de la vivienda/propiedad
✅ Las solicitudes se aceptan por orden de llegada hasta agotar los fondos

Reparaciones típicas incluyen:
• Reparación de techos y filtraciones
• Ventanas o puertas rotas
• Problemas menores de plomería o electricidad
• Mejoras de accesibilidad como rampas y barras de apoyo

Limited funding is available to help low-income homeowners in rural Hidalgo County with essential home repairs that improve health, safety, or accessibility.

✅ Must own your home/property
✅ First-come, first-served until funds are gone

Typical repairs include:
• Roof patching & leak fixes
• Broken windows or doors
• Minor plumbing or electrical hazards
• Accessibility improvements like ramps & grab bars
