When communication matters, success follows. 💬🤝

PSJA Health Science Club students took on a challenging obstacle course designed to test one thing above all else—effective communication.

From guiding teammates through blindfolded paths to problem-solving under pressure, our students discovered how essential clear instructions, active listening, and teamwork are in any emergency or healthcare setting.

So proud of their focus, leadership, and support for one another. These Bears are building skills that will carry them far in both competition and real-world situations. 🐻💚

PSJA Health Scienc Club members had the incredible opportunity to learn about the AMBUS that is stationed in Weslaco—one of the most important emergency response resources in our region. 🚑💚

The AMBUS plays a critical role during large-scale emergencies, natural disasters, and mass-casualty events. It can transport multiple patients at once, provide on-scene medical support, and help responders deliver lifesaving care when seconds matter.

We are so grateful for the professionals who took the time to walk our students through its features, purpose, and real-world impact. Experiences like these help prepare our future healthcare heroes and deepen their understanding of emergency medicine.
