Happy ! 🥳

My challenges with feeding my own kids unexpectedly led me to become a lactation consultant several years ago. The struggle is real! I love working with new families so they feel heard, seen, and supported in achieving their goals. My private practice offers insurance covered home visits throughout the East Bay and specializes in supporting babies with food allergies and lip/tongue ties. We’re gathering stories, experiences, and voices from Indigenous parents across our communities and we’d love input if you gave birth in a hospital setting 2023-2025 ⬅️

If you’re an American Indian or Alaska Native birth parent of a baby or toddler (age 0-3) and you’re open to being contacted privately about an opportunity to share your experiences, we invite you to complete our brief interest form.

This form helps us connect with eligible parents in a safe, confidential way.

We’re working within a short timeline, so we encourage you to fill it out as soon as possible.

Today I got to attend a prenatal appointment for a family whose birth I’m going to be at as the assistant midwife. At the prenatal, the midwives, student, and family drew affirmations to hang in the birth space. This was my contribution 😊

- Aiming for statewide participation. ANBC pursuing partnerships to support limited travel scholarships.
- Prework may be required if new to birthwork.
