Ingredients:
- 2oz of espresso
- ~8 oz grass fed whole milk
- 2 tbsp Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
- 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth (Vanilla)
Directions:
- Prep your espresso shot
- Pour 8 oz of milk into a frothing pitcher and add in collagen peptides and bone broth powder, mix with immersion blender or hand held frother
- Steam your milk
- Combine milk into coffee cup with espresso in it
