I will be heading to Ojai CA next week to teach a 2-day RHYTHMS of INTUITION Yoga Immersion at the beautiful Sacred Space Studio on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning (NOV 21 + 22).

These 2.5 hr sessions each day will be an inspiring combination of practice and conversation to explore and remember your inner guidance systems of breath and intuition.
