Most of the time, where you feel the pain isn't the origin of the pain. Case in point, a client's neck seized up over the weekend causing her to seek help in urgent care but they couldn't really help.

She spent the weekend rolling on a tennis ball looking for trigger points to release. By Sunday evening, her pain was reduced by 65% and she located the root of her pain in the right shoulder blade area.
