I am hosting a Dancer/Performer Nutrition Q&A session at the Capezio Flagship Store in Midtown Manhattan this November 8th, at 5:30pm. It's informal - guests can just show up, AND they also get a 15% Capezio discount if they come listen & engage!

Virtual support group for family members of those struggling with an eating disorder.

This group is for anyone in their person's life (parents, siblings, spouse, SO, caregiver) who wants more education around eating disorders, what to say (and NOT say) or do.

Group is only $80 per family!

I host a support & education group for family members of those struggling with an eating disorder.

We know eating disorders don’t just affect the individual, but everyone close to them. If you are a parent/guardian, sibling, spouse/SO, best friend, or other close family member – please join us to get the support YOU need.

We will discuss topics such as: what to say/not say; what it’s like to have an ED; treatment options; how to take care of yourself; and the knowledge you are not alone – there are others you can talk to about this!

Family members of a single client can join each session for just $80 per “family.” (ex: 2 parents and a sibling are $80 total).

This group is FREE for my paid consulting families.
