I did my makeup on Friday for Spirit School, with all my allergies I haven’t been able to do makeup for years but we are feeling improvements so I was worth trying, and I didn’t react 💗I Iove makeup, was the reason I even went to beauty school in the first place and led me to finding my love for doing facials and working with the face.

hoping to find more “clean” beauty products for eye shadows, my skin be skinning without products and I’m proud of that but it’s fun and I miss the creative aspect of makeup!

Any suggestions for eyeshadows/ mascaras for sensitive girlies send em my way ?? 💘💗🥰

Join me @ Soul Rituals this Friday Feb 13 for a Heart Chakra Themed Spirit School in Sebastopol CA

Spirit School is my Psychic Development and Energy Healing Workshop, this specific class we will be focused on the Heart Chakra and Connecting to Divine Love and Divine Lifeforce.

New and Returning Students come join us 6-8:30 this Friday Feb 13 (Friday the 13th + the day before Valentine’s Day, not planned but loveeee this energy for our class!)

It is encouraged to wear Pink or Green (the colors associated with the Heart) for our healing ceremony.

This Class we are sharing A Guided Reiki Meditation along with Hands on Energy Healing at the end of Class.

Please bring your journal and come with open mind and open heart, no experience needed

Beginning with Gentle Movement and Breathwork/
Toning.

Moving into a Series of Psychic Development Exercises centered around the heart, sharing some information and insights around the Heart Chakra and then diving into Reiki Meditation and Healing Work as a Group.

Never forget where you came from 😂💗💌

Started practicing yoga in high school at the YMCA
Then in college on YouTube and classes here and there

When I moved to Sonoma County in 2016 there are so many studios here

i started practicing at 2 different studios
(Which sadly are now closed)
and that is along the same time I started reopening up my clairvoyance and I would begin to get visions in class

At the time I didn’t tell anyone this and eventually I started working with my former psychic mentor and I had someone to talk to (that’s a whole other story)

I have always loved Yoga
Yoga and Reiki were my gateways to mediumship and deeper connection to Spirit

I have always wanted to do my yoga teacher training and this year I’m finally doing it 🙌

Started my 200
Hour YTT training with
(Yoga teaching training) and part of that is doing 4 Classes per month outside of the training

My goal alongside that is to practice 3-6 times a week outside of class to build my stamina

Who has inspired me so much in my yoga and spiritual practice over the years and is the type of teacher i love to work with and aspire to be

Not sure if I’ll be teaching Yoga in a studio or simply applying this work to 1:1 clients on alongside my meditation 🧘 classes
But I’m so excited to see where this takes me in my own practice and how I can work with others

The theme of this Weeks Workshop will be focusing on the Solar Plexus Chakras, Energy Healing and Manifestation.

In the workshop, we will be

practicing a Group Meditation with Breathwork to clear our minds and bodies

creating a healing crystal and gem essence Elixir to take home for personal healing.

🔮Gem essences can be used in water or other drinks, in a bath or used to clean and activate crystals or other objects on your alter and much more !!!

💛It is encouraged to wear YELLOW for this workshop.

We will also be ending class with hands on healing for the group focused on the solar plexus and emotions associated with it (which we will discuss in class 😌😏😘)

hint hint stagnant or unacknowledged emotions can cause blockages or disconnections in the body/mind/spirit/ energy

energy centers= chakras the solar plexus is in the middle of our body, our 3rd chakra

Emotions like aggression, indecision, avoidance they all like to live in the solar plexus

When we face these emotions we can MOVE through em, MOVE them, or TRANSFORM aka ALCHEMIZE them

Into vibrancy, motivation, determination, independence, courage and self respect
