This Friday Soul Rituals in Sebastopol I will be hosting my Psychic Development Workshop Spirit School

6-8:30 Friday Jan 30 tickets 🎫 via website under Community Events

The theme of this Weeks Workshop will be focusing on the Solar Plexus Chakras, Energy Healing and Manifestation.

In the workshop, we will be

practicing a Group Meditation with Breathwork to clear our minds and bodies

creating a healing crystal and gem essence Elixir to take home for personal healing.

🔮Gem essences can be used in water or other drinks, in a bath or used to clean and activate crystals or other objects on your alter and much more !!!

💛It is encouraged to wear YELLOW for this workshop.

We will also be ending class with hands on healing for the group focused on the solar plexus and emotions associated with it (which we will discuss in class 😌😏😘)

hint hint stagnant or unacknowledged emotions can cause blockages or disconnections in the body/mind/spirit/ energy

energy centers= chakras the solar plexus is in the middle of our body, our 3rd chakra

Emotions like aggression, indecision, avoidance they all like to live in the solar plexus

When we face these emotions we can MOVE through em, MOVE them, or TRANSFORM aka ALCHEMIZE them

Into vibrancy, motivation, determination, independence, courage and self respect

Beginning our circle with some guided self massage for the face and body !! training ayyyy 😛😌)

In this class we will be doing a little art healing thru intuitive drawing and meditation, bring your sketchbook, notebooks, extra paper, pens, markers, crayons (no paint 🙏)

Followed by a guided shamanic healing journey and hands on energy healing.

It is encouraged to wear ORANGE for the healing ceremony, special sacral opening elixirs will be provided

This is the 2nd class in a 8 part series connecting to Energy Healing and the Healer Within, discussing Chakras, Auras and Spiritual Development

Happening on Tuesdays this month and as soon as tomorrow (Jan 6) if you’re interested in connecting to Reiki and adding more healing in your life let’s get you scheduled (10-7 pm PST) for 60 minute Reiki sessions.

Sliding Scale Reiki Sessions ($50-$150) available for Zoom Sessions and in person Sebastopol CA sessions available per request.

Looking forward to bringing more healing into this world one day at a time.

If you’re interested in learning more about my practice I have a million hours of YouTube videos and podcasts as well as a few articles on my blog.

But I’ll give a quick summary of my Reiki background, I am trained as a Usui Reiki Master, which is traditional Reiki, I have studied with my amazing teacher here in Sonoma County, I have also studied and become a Holy Fire 3 Karuna Reiki Master (holy fire and Karuna being 2 separate trainings, I think of Karuna Reiki as like Reiki Master Grad School) with my amazing teacher and mentor who is based outta Miami. Later training in Animal Reiki with my friend and last year doing my Sekhem Reiki attunment with which I’m still continuing to grow.

Along all my training I am also a psychic medium, cosmic channel and meditation teacher (also starting my yoga teacher training this yearrrr in feb!!!!!!)

I am a trained artist, esthetician specializing in holistic practices and a certified BADDIE!!
