Spirit School is our Psychic Development and Energy Healing Workshop and this weeks Theme is “Third Eye Energy” where we will be diving into the Third Eye Chakra and Psychic Sight aka Clairvoyance.

Please wear Purple if attending to tap into the Third Eye Energy, bring your journal, water bottle and snacks if you like to eat or share (not required to share, but sometimes we’re hungry and don’t wanna be the only one eating, I promise you no one cares 😋 don’t push yourself, always eat and always drink extra water)
In this workshop we will be discussing The Third Eye, Psychic Sight and Intuition, spending time at the end of class with focused Energy Healing and Reiki to help assist in cleansing your energy field to help bring you more clarity when tapping into the intuitive field.
In this workshop we will be opening with some psychic development exercises, journaling exercises, Breathwork and gentle movement, ending with a Guided Reiki Journey to tap into our own Psychic Skills and Hands on Energy Healing with your teacher for the evening (me aka Grace Lannon 👼)
