Spirit School is my Psychic Development and Energy Healing Workshop, the theme of this week’s class will be exploring the Throat Chakra.

New and Returning Students Welcome 🙏

This class includes Psychic Development Exercises, Meditation, and Energy Healing focusing on the Throat Chakra and the Psychic, Emotional and Spiritual Connections that stem from our voice and throat.

We will be exploring some fun toning and Breathwork exercises, guided self massage to open up space in the jaw and neck and face.

The Throat Chakra is connected to our external body as well as the spiritual energy connected to that area, including things like our jaw and neck, as well as our ears and mouth.

The throat teaches us to not only speak but to listen.

We will be playing with Psychic Development and Clairaudience (psychic hearing) with guided exercises

Ending class with a Shamanic Journey Meditation to help bring us in deeper connection with our voice, ending with a Sound Bath and Hands on Energy Healing to integrate this energy!

(if you have never done a “journey” this is a meditation done with the intention to bring us into a deep space of relaxation yet awareness, to aid in connecting with spiritual spaces, spirits + guides, to receive information and insight * this is very simplified but essentially we are moving into a different brainwave state in order to access more information for ourselves*)

We’re also gonna drink yummy tea and hang out!

bring snacks if you like+ your journal

It is encouraged to wear BLUE, the color that represents the throat chakra, to tap into the ritual and ceremony of healing 💙

I did my makeup on Friday for Spirit School, with all my allergies I haven’t been able to do makeup for years but we are feeling improvements so I was worth trying, and I didn’t react 💗I Iove makeup, was the reason I even went to beauty school in the first place and led me to finding my love for doing facials and working with the face.

hoping to find more “clean” beauty products for eye shadows, my skin be skinning without products and I’m proud of that but it’s fun and I miss the creative aspect of makeup!

Any suggestions for eyeshadows/ mascaras for sensitive girlies send em my way ?? 💘💗🥰

Join me @ Soul Rituals this Friday Feb 13 for a Heart Chakra Themed Spirit School in Sebastopol CA

Spirit School is my Psychic Development and Energy Healing Workshop, this specific class we will be focused on the Heart Chakra and Connecting to Divine Love and Divine Lifeforce.

New and Returning Students come join us 6-8:30 this Friday Feb 13 (Friday the 13th + the day before Valentine’s Day, not planned but loveeee this energy for our class!)

It is encouraged to wear Pink or Green (the colors associated with the Heart) for our healing ceremony.

This Class we are sharing A Guided Reiki Meditation along with Hands on Energy Healing at the end of Class.

Please bring your journal and come with open mind and open heart, no experience needed

Beginning with Gentle Movement and Breathwork/
Toning.

Moving into a Series of Psychic Development Exercises centered around the heart, sharing some information and insights around the Heart Chakra and then diving into Reiki Meditation and Healing Work as a Group.
