Rain or shine commit to yourself. Stay consistent with the habits that propel you forward and do not quit. Working out in general has been the most impactful habit I have established for myself so far. It’s helped me cope with anything and everything. The confidence you can create through working out and then pushing through it is such an undervalued life tool in my opinion. I really don’t think people realize just how powerful “movement” in itself can be.
If you don’t already I dare you to pick just 1 physical activity (lifting, sports, hiking, running, yoga, etc..) commit to at least 3 days a week (zero days missed) to that and pursue it for the next 6 months... you’d be surprised by the physical and mental changes you will undergo 💪😄.
