Was looking through some pics from the last Fit expo I had gone to and found this gem lol. Needless to say that day actually changed the way I viewed starting up a fitness Buisness. Forever grateful for those who have supported me along the way and just know that this is only the beginning. ⁣

Find that inner beast and make s**t shake! Push through whatever it is that is blocking you from reaching your goals. Try to give everyday 110% and when things get hard be sure to nut up and embrace the suck. ⁣

Rain or shine commit to yourself. Stay consistent with the habits that propel you forward and do not quit. Working out in general has been the most impactful habit I have established for myself so far. It’s helped me cope with anything and everything. The confidence you can create through working out and then pushing through it is such an undervalued life tool in my opinion. I really don’t think people realize just how powerful “movement” in itself can be. ⁣

If you don’t already I dare you to pick just 1 physical activity (lifting, sports, hiking, running, yoga, etc..) commit to at least 3 days a week (zero days missed) to that and pursue it for the next 6 months... you’d be surprised by the physical and mental changes you will undergo 💪😄.⁣

The only person you should truly compete with is yourself, strive to be better everyday and make small but meaningful progress daily. ⁣
