COVID-19 variant Omicron decreased in Buda to moderate levels. In San Marcos, Omicron maintained high levels. Norovirus GII decreased in Buda to moderate levels and significantly increased in San Marcos to very high levels. Influenza A was only detected in Buda at very low levels. RSV A was detected only in San Marcos at low levels. RSV B was detected only in San Marcos. Influenza B was detected in both cities. Norovirus GI was detected only in Buda.
