Three years ago I went into the center seeking advise whether to have an abortion or not anymore so importantly to get an ultrasound on that day. Which they did they provided that for me I was eight or nine weeks into my pregnancy and I could see on the ultrasound my baby moving and kicking. Before you make any decisions, it’s important to confirm a few key medical details.

Am I really pregnant? Even if you’ve had a positive test at home, pregnancy tests can be inaccurate. Get your pregnancy confirmed with an ultrasound and get the medical insight you need, as an ultrasound:

-can confirm if the pregnancy is inside the uterus
-determine how far along you really are.
-check for cardiac activity (1 in 3 pregnancies end in miscarriage)

When abortion is on your mind, it is important to slow down though and know that the type of abortion procedure you qualify for depends largely on how far along you are—and that can only be determined through an ultrasound.

Going through an abortion without knowing this information is risky.

We wanted to announce that our Bare Essentials Program has an update! To further equip families for success, Bare Essentials now includes a parenting education video component!

Parents are asked to complete 1–2 short video lessons and a brief homework activity before each supply pick-up. Reception will verify lesson completion at each visit.

How to get your video lesson now:
At your next pick-up, you will be provided a lesson list and get to choose which lesson you’d like sent.
