Also known as the Wolf Moon, this is a super moon that is emotional in nature and may resurrect feelings of heaviness around burdens and responsibilities not yet sorted out. You are not alone in this so practice compassion with others when appropriate. Pruning out the old can bring a sense of relief and freedom as blocks related to attachments can be unblocked.

The focus on this full moon is what is close to you; home, family, loved ones, personal environment. How can you bring more comfort without compromise into your life? Feed the foundation of where you are rooted and grounded.

The Solstice is Sunday, December 21 at 8:02AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) ✨❄️🌚🌝

In keeping with the themes of the New Moon and honoring the transition from one cycle to the next, the solstice is a perfect time for cleansing as we close the chapter of one cycle and welcome in the beginning of a new one.

It is also a powerful time for a reset as we set intentions for moving forward. Any ritual that supports the release of the old and bringing in of the new is helpful in honoring this transition and change of season.
