Happy 70th Birthday to Phyllis! She and her friends came out to celebrate her milestone birthday with a SUP Yoga class. She enjoys spending time in nature on the water and also loves mountain biking. At the end of class, I loved it when she shared with all of us that with each birthday, our bodies age but not our souls. Our souls stay consistently true to us. That's what Grow AsYou Flow is all about, being your authentic self through the flows of life! Thanks for sharing your birthday celebration with me at the floating yoga studio Phyllis!

Explore the beautiful Texas hill country with a mindfulness hike and yoga practice

Join a 20 minute guided hike with walking meditation that includes views of a pond with overlooks. Observe native flowers, birds, mushrooms, and other wildlife on the trail. Bring your yoga mat for a yoga practice in nature.

Thursday mornings in July 7:30-9am

Price $30 per yogi

Meet at the Lime Kiln trailhead of the Spring Lake Nature Preserve

Wear sturdy hiking shoes. The hike does include steep inclines and rocky terrain.
