Mobility and flexibility are often confused, but they’re not the same thing.

Mobility is about how well your joints move and how while your body control controls that movement.

Did you know that Jack was one of the first major public advocates of exercise and good nutrition long before modern fitness trends.

Sure you may have. Did you know that he liked until 96 and was still performing feats of strength into his 60’s. Ok you might have known that too.

But did you know, he was a Chiropractor? I love that he shares his vision of health with the world and changes millions of lives. I’m also trying to change as many lives as I can through teaching g people about chiropractic.

So thank you for all the people you are telling g good things about our little office so we can complete The Mission!

Strength isn’t about looks.

It’s not about impressing anyone.

It’s not about vanity.

Strength is about staying alive.

Staying capable.

Being able to carry groceries, climb stairs, get off the floor, and live life on your terms.
