I work closely with clients who feel they have lost their authentic-self. Stress, family conflict, career issues and reliance on alcohol and other negative behaviors have pushed them away from their values and they have lost site of who they truly are. I work with my clients to reestablish what matters most to them. Starting by rebuilding the body and then working on the mind. I use a positive psychology based model, focusing on strengths. The approach is driven by addressing the biological impact of addiction, including how the body responds to stress then addressing Purpose, Passion and Principles to build an ethos of how to live our life.
